A programme has been developed in collaboration with our teachers which is available on 3 days of the week. This is included in our Tuition fees. A child can have at least one extra-curricular activity per week, extras would be subject to space availability. These activities are offered from FS2 onwards. The range of activities includes Sports, Arts& Crafts, Academic activities and dance. Parents and pupils will be consulted and we will make every effort to cater for demand.
We have regular ‘Meet the Headmaster’ events planned throughout the year. Please check our Facebook page or contact our reception for upcoming dates.
In the Foundation Stage, we run an integrated day, with a mix of classroom-based activities, indoor and outdoor play and opportunities to meet with specialist teachers in PE and Music. In Primary classes, there is a gradual move to more formal learning and teaching covering Arabic, Islamic Studies, English, Maths, Social Studies, Science, Music, Art,Computing, Health & Wellbeing and French which is introduced from Year 1.
We offer tours Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 04:00 PM and Saturday 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM where a member of our team will show you around the facilities and answer any questions you might have. We request where possible that parents contact the school in advance to book a tour. The tour should take no longer than 45 minutes.

Our first academic year began in 2015. The school has been operational for seven years.
Our senior school was approved by the KHDA in 2018.We are now open for admissions from FS1 through to Year 11.

The additional languages at Dove Green Private School are Arabic, which is taught from Year 2 onwards as a compulsory additional language and French.
Although we have opened full-time and at full capacity, we do offer distance learning for Term 1, in line with the KHDA directive.
- Daily temperature checks conducted at the entrance of each classroom for each child.
- For bus students, the temperature is taken at their pick-up points by our bus staff
- Busesare disinfected before and after each use.
- All FS1, FS2 and Year 1 classes are restricted to 20 students.
- Every classroom in those year groups is partitioned into class bubbles of no more than 10 students per bubble.
- All classrooms, single seating is arranged at 1.5 meter distance.
- No sharing of resources or materials in class.
- No group work so as to prevent close working environment
- Masks are mandatory for students in Year 2 and above.
- Masks mandatory for all staff, parents and visitors.
- Specialist subjects i.e. Arabic / Moral Education are taught remotely via Zoom to prevent mixing of class bubbles and cross-contamination.
- All Staff, students and visitors observe a 1.5 meter distance at all times.
- Visitor restrictions – visitors to the school must come by appointment only so as to avoid crowding
- School start and finish times are over a staggered timeframe to avoid crowding.
- Effective Sickness Absence and Travel policy and monitoring in place in line with KHDA & DHA guidelines.
- All staff fully aware of protocols in place to manage any report of Covid-positive cases
The school campus is sanitisedevery day,after school hours with a deep-clean conducted every 6 weeks.
Yes, we offer school tours every Saturday between 9 AM – 3 PM.
With the current pandemic restrictions, we do not currently offer ECAs for term 1 of the Academic Year 2020/21. However this is subject to change.
In general, once ECAs resume, we offer both teacher-led as well as have external companies such as Elite Sports (for swimming and football) ECAs for FS2 onwards. All ECAs are limited seats and subject to availability.
Teacher-led ECAs are typically available 4 days a week and is at no cost. ECAs led by our external partners are offered at special discounted rates which will be advertised on our communication channels.

We do accept credit cards and offer online payments.
We currently offer monthly payment plans, termly plans as well as a special discount for full-year payment. For more information please contact our finance department.
The uniform cost is not included in the school fees.
We have our Uniform provider located in the school for easy purchase of uniform which, excluding school and sports shoes, costs approximately AED 600 per set (Uniform + sports kit).
All stationery and books are provided by the school, as it is included in the school fees.
An application form is required for each child and must be completed in full. It is essential that all sections of the application form are completed.

We have an annual 10% booking fee to secure your child’s seat. This is payable prior to start of school and thereafter every March annually for the following academic year.

We have a full-time nurse on campus every day during school hours, as well as a pediatric doctor who visits the school twice a week
