The Dubai Fitness Challenge is an initiative aimed at inspiring residents to live healthier, more active lifestyles. It encourages everyone, from young students to adults, to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity each day for 30 days. At our school, we embraced this challenge wholeheartedly, with both primary and secondary students participating in a wide range of sports activities. This initiative not only promoted physical fitness but also reinforced the importance of teamwork, discipline, and wellness among our students.
