All About Rola Ismail
Rola was born and raised in Latakia, Syria, where she discovered her passion for education. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Tishreen University, Rola worked as an English teacher for five years. During this time, she developed a strong belief in the power of language to open doors and inspire young minds.
Later, Rola moved to Dubai, where she continued to build her professional qualifications by completing a Level 5 Diploma in Education through TQUK and BACT Institute.
In 2024, Rola joined Dove Green Private School as an EAL Learning Support Assistant. She is passionate about helping students grow in confidence and ability, especially those for whom English is an additional language. Her goal is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child feels empowered to succeed.
Outside of school, she enjoys reading — especially novels — and spending quality time with her family and friends.
