For Children entering FS1, FS2, Year 1 and Year 3 who are coming from another Emirate or from outside of the UAE, no Transfer Certificate is required.

All Children entering Year 2 and upwards who are coming from another Emirate or from outside of the UAE must provide a Transfer Certificate, regardless of the country or educational curriculum they are coming from.

If a child is entering Dove Green Private School and has previously been at a KHDA licensed school in Dubai, KHDA school leaving certificate is required. This applies to all year groups. Our Admissions Officer will assist with this. If a child is entering Dove Green Private School from a nursery not registered with KHDA or has been at home, no Transfer Certificate is required.

Students coming from any GCC countries (Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia), the Transfer Certificate need only be attested by the Ministry of Education of that country.

For students coming from United Kingdom, Western Europe, Australia, Canada and USA. The Transfer Certificate only needs the school stamp and signature of Head of School.

For students coming from any other country, the Transfer Certificate must be attested by:

  1. Ministry of Education (from the country which the student is leaving)
  2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs (from the country which the student is leaving)
  3. UAE Consulate (if no consulate, then any other Arab country’s embassy or consulate)
