All About Natalie Watters
Miss Watters joined Dove Green Private School in September 2025. In 2018, Miss Watters graduated with 1st Class Honours in BSc Health, Physical Activity and Sport at Stranmillis Teaching College, Belfast. Upon completion of her degree, Miss Watters went on to receive two further awards – one being for her dissertation on ’The Scholastic Experience of Children with Childhood Cancer’. This research further prepared her for the unique educational challenges she would face in the classroom, and for the need to embed a flexible, adaptable and empathic teaching style.
Miss Watters has gained 4 years of teaching experience across London, Northern Ireland and now UAE. This has broadened her exposure to different schools and settings. She has taught across KS1 and KS2 and was appointed the Head of EAL and Humanities. Miss Watters is very passionate about promoting a safe and happy environment in her classroom, one that encourages all children to feel included, feel free to make mistakes and to learn from each other – fitting seamlessly with Dove Green’s ethos, ‘Learn Together, Grow together.’
When asked, what is the best thing about Dove Green?
Miss Watters replies:
‘A wellness-centered workforce – one that supports the holistic development of all its pupils, families and staff members. Dove Green exudes a feeling of togetherness, and I am grateful to be a part of this.’
