All About Nicole Bonas
Miss Bonas is new to Dove Green Private School this year and she is very excited to join the community.
After living in London, England her whole life, Miss Bonas is thrilled to be moving to the UAE after visiting so many times. She loves the culture, the opportuntities and the welcomingcommunity Dubai has to offer.
Whilst studying at the University of Hertfordshire, Miss Bonas completed a degree in Primary Education. After gaining her qualifications, she worked in the London Borough of Havering where she returned to her old primary school. Miss Bonas has been teaching for 3 years and has taught in Year 4 and 6. Miss Bonas is very passionate about Musical Theatre, she has performed at every school musical as a student and has helped produce and direct as a teacher!
Miss Bonas is a huge animal lover! At home, she has an adorable dog called Luna who is a cross between a husky and German shepherd. Fun fact: Luna has heterochromia (she has one blue and one brown eye!) Miss Bonas also has two cats, Jet and Coco! Her favourite animal is a horse, although she is allergic to them!
When asked, what is the best thing about teaching? Miss Bonas replies:
‘Being able to create a safe environment for all students where everyone is learning together and growing together. Witnessing each student thrive and succeed in their own way unique to them.’
