Her leadership involves close collaboration with government ministers and board members, ensuring the school’s vision aligns with broader educational objectives and national priorities.
Her hands-on involvement in the design and build phases of the school’s development showcases her comprehensive approach to educational leadership, ensuring RLS is a space that embodies the future of education. Central to her role is the strategic amalgamation of two prestigious schools, providing consistent excellence across both boys’ and girls’ divisions.
Her leadership then extends beyond conventional administrative duties, focusing on policies and practices that meet the dynamic needs of 21st-century education.
Emma’s financial and operational management skills, marked by sustainable budgeting and strategic foresight, are integral to her role. She manages extensive operational planning, securing RLS’s financial stability, resilience and adaptability to future changes. Under her stewardship, RLS is developing an inclusive, globally-oriented curriculum within a digital framework, serving the diverse needs of its student body.
Emma’s Law Degree, PGCE and NPHQ, alongside her previous Principal roles in the UAE, China and the UK, have greatly influenced her experience.
