She joined Victory Heights Primary School in Dubai, UAE, as an Individual Learning Support Teacher (ILSA), providing personalized, one-to-one support to children with special educational needs (SEN) in mainstream classrooms. Beyond her professional role, Sidra has worked in schools across England, gaining cross-cultural experience in nurturing inclusive learning environments and supporting diverse student populations.
When asked what is the best thing about Dove Green, Ms. Sidra replied: Dove Green isn’t just a school, it’s a close-knit community where every child is known, valued, and celebrated for who they are. Students are seen as unique individuals with their own stories, strengths, and dreams.
Fun Fact: In a city with actual sandstorms and 50°C heat, her biggest fear remains: What if a CAT touches my ankle!!
