She encourages children to believe in themselves and challenge their limits and discover their own strengths. She likes to help her pupils grow with confidence inside and outside of the classroom. She is extremely excited to foster an environment of inspiration and motivated learners.
My Teaching Philosophy
“My aim is to create an inspiring and positive classroom where children feel confident to challenge themselves, take risks, and learn from their mistakes. Through encouragement, strong relationships, and high expectations, I inspire pupils to develop resilience, believe in their abilities, and achieve their goals both in and beyond the classroom.”
What Children Can Expect in My Classroom
I create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels respected, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. My classroom promotes resilience, independence, and confidence, helping children embrace challenges, learn from mistakes, and achieve their personal best.
Outside the Classroom
Outside of school, Miss Prosser enjoys travelling and exploring the world around her. She is passionate about reading, fitness and teaching. She thrives in opportunities to develop herself and others. She loves to throw herself into different challenges from half-marathons, swim races and Hyrox competitions. She is always striving to push herself and reach new goals and encourages this in her classroom too.
A Message to Families
“I look forward to working closely with you throughout the year to support your child’s learning journey. By building strong partnerships and maintaining open communication, we can celebrate their achievements, overcome challenges together, and help them grow in confidence, resilience, and independence. My goal is for every child to feel valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential both in and beyond the classroom.”
