All About Miss Offord
Miss Offord completed a Physical Education and Teaching Studies degree at St Mary’s University in London. She taught for 20 years in schools in Surrey and South-West London as a PE Teacher, Head of PE and Assistant Headteacher. More recently she has been Head of PE in an International IB school in Dubai.
As a passionate Physical Education teacher, Miss Offord strongly believes that every child should have the opportunity to be active every day. Her goal is to help students discover a sport or physical activity they genuinely enjoy, so they can build confidence, develop skills and foster a lifelong love for movement. She is committed to encouraging healthy, active lifestyles and creating a supportive environment where all students feel motivated to participate, improve and have fun.
When asked, what is the best thing about Dove Green? Ms Offord replies: Miss Offord is excited to be leading the development and growth of PE and Sport at Dove Green next year and being able to offer a wide range of sporting opportunities to the students in the school.
