All About Bilal Kashmiri
Originally born and raised in Australia, joined DGPS from London, where he has enjoyed over 5 years in Education. where he has enjoyed over 5 years in Education.
Mr Kashmiri spent the first two years of his career as a teaching assistant in London before deciding to complete his Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at K
ingston University in 2023. Since then, he has successfully completed his Early Career Training (ECT) in Year 1 at an outstanding school based in London. Mr Kashmiri is truly passionate about fostering a growth mindset and independence within children so that they are well equipped for their learning journeys throughout school. He ensures that his classroom is a secure and inclusive environment, where children feel excited to come to school, learn and challenge themselves to extend their knowledge and understanding of new and existing content
Mr Kashmiri is excited to bring his love for phonics to DGPS and continue to incorporate the read write inc style of phonics in the classroom. He is a firm believer of consistent reading having a positive influence on our writing and vice versa.
