As Safeguarding Governor, she provides strategic oversight and guidance to ensure safeguarding remains central to school culture and practice. Kirsty is passionate about empowering staff, supporting Designated Safeguarding Leads, and promoting data-informed approaches to identify trends and strengthen provision. She combines professional rigour with empathy and collaboration, ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, and supported to thrive within a culture of accountability and care.
