All About Ms Haque
Ms. Haque holds a B Ed in Primary Education, with over 10 years of teaching and leadership
experience across schools in the UK and the UAE.
She began her teaching career in the UK, where she quickly progressed into leadership roles,
recognised for her ability to inspire both pupils and colleagues. After relocating to the UAE, she
continued to develop professionally, taking on curriculum responsibilities and contributing to
whole-school improvement initiatives with a strong focus on high standards, inclusive practice,
and student engagement. Throughout her career, Miss Haque has worked across EYFS and
Primary, combining a deep understanding of metacognition and learning progression with an
ongoing commitment to child development, assessment, and pastoral care. She is highly regarded
for her calm and nurturing approach, her commitment to meaningful relationships, and her
ability to motivate children to achieve their full potential. In leadership roles, she has
successfully supported colleagues through coaching and modelling effective practice,
consistently driving standards while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team ethos.
When asked what she values most about being part of the Dove Green community,
Miss Haque shared:
“For me, it’s all about the relationships; when children feel safe, valued, and believed in, there
are no limits to what they can achieve.”
