My Teaching Philosophy
I believe every child deserves to feel known, valued and capable of success. My aim is to create a classroom where children feel safe to challenge themselves, embrace mistakes as opportunities to learn, and develop independence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. High expectations, strong relationships and kindness are at the heart of everything I do.”

What Children Can Expect in My Classroom

  • A calm, positive classroom where everyone feels respected, supported and encouraged to do their best.
  • Engaging lessons that challenge children to think deeply, ask questions and become independent learners.
  • High expectations alongside kindness, laughter and a genuine celebration of every child’s achievements.

Outside the Classroom
Outside of school, Eloise enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring new places, travelling and reading. Having lived and taught in the UAE for several years, she loves discovering new experiences and making lasting memories with family and friends. She believes that maintaining a healthy work-life balance helps her bring energy, creativity and enthusiasm into the classroom each day.

A Message to Families
“I am delighted to be joining the Dove Green community and look forward to getting to know you and your child over the coming year. I believe that the strongest partnerships are built on open communication, trust and teamwork, and I value the important role families play in every child’s education. Together, we will ensure your child feels happy, confident and supported as they continue to grow academically, socially and personally. I can’t wait to begin an exciting and successful Year 2 together!”
