My Teaching Philosophy

“I believe that the best learning happens when children feel happy, safe and confident in themselves. I strive to create a classroom where curiosity is encouraged, effort is celebrated and every child feels they belong. By building strong relationships and fostering a positive learning environment, I aim to inspire children to become resilient, independent learners who are excited to challenge themselves and discover their potential.”

What Children Can Expect in My Classroom

  • A welcoming and supportive environment where everyone is respected and encouraged to do their best.
  • Engaging and interactive lessons that inspire curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.
  • High expectations alongside plenty of encouragement to help every child grow in confidence and achieve success.

Outside the Classroom

Outside of school, Miss Nazir enjoys practising Pilates, reading, and spending time by the sea. She loves opportunities to relax outdoors, explore new places and unwind with a good book. She believes that maintaining a healthy balance and making time for the things we enjoy helps us bring positivity and energy into everyday life.

A Message to Families

“I am absolutely delighted to be joining the Dove Green community and cannot wait to meet you and your children. I understand how important it is for families to feel confident that their child is happy, cared for and inspired at school, and I am committed to creating a classroom where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to be their very best. I believe that a strong partnership between home and school is key to a successful year, and I look forward to working closely with you to celebrate your child’s achievements, support them through challenges and help them grow in confidence both academically and personally. Together, we will create a wonderful year filled with learning, laughter, memorable experiences and lots of opportunities for your child to shine. I am so excited to begin this journey with you all.”
