Ms. Lama Kerdy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and a Diploma in Educational Qualification. With over 12 years of teaching experience in Dubai schools, including 3 years in academic coordination, she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role at Dove Green Private School.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lama has continuously invested in her professional development, completing several training programs such as Training of Trainers (TOT) and the Advanced Virtual Training of Trainers (VTOT). Most recently, she completed a Diploma in School Leadership, reflecting her strong passion for leading and contributing to a positive, student-centered learning environment.
Ms. Lama believes that Arabic is more than just a school subject – it’s a gateway to identity, heritage, and cultural pride. Her teaching philosophy is centered on making Arabic engaging and meaningful, while also instilling a deep appreciation for the language’s richness and beauty.
