Yvonne Lorincz is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience managing human resources across the Middle East and Africa. She excels in aligning HR strategies with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement. As a certified executive and organizational development coach, Yvonne fosters diverse and inclusive work environments, supporting leadership development and driving organizational growth. She currently serves as the HR Director for MAPEI, overseeing HR initiatives for over 600 employees across seven countries and leading a team of 15 professionals.
With a career spanning over a decade, Yvonne has consistently demonstrated her ability to enhance workforce performance, streamline HR processes, and integrate new entities. She holds a PhD in Human Resources from Academia de Studii Economice in Bucharest and a Master’s in International Business Relations from the University of Paris XII. Yvonne is fluent in Romanian, English, German, and French, with beginner proficiency in Italian, further enabling her to navigate diverse, multicultural environments.
