All About Mrs. Alam

Professional Background
Mrs Alam is a UK-trained Primary teacher from England. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at London Metropolitan University before going on to complete a PGCE at the University of East London. With over 10 years of teaching experience in the UK, Mrs Alam has held a variety of roles including Year Leader and Subject Leader. In 2019, she moved to the UAE and joined Dove Green Primary. Since then, she has taught across Key Stage 1 and 2 and taken on leadership roles including Year Leader and Subject Leader.
My Teaching Philosophy
In my classroom, I am passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn. I encourage my pupils to become confident, independent thinkers who embrace challenges, ask questions, and develop a love of learning that helps them grow both academically and personally.

Outside the Classroom
Outside of school, Mrs Alam enjoys making special memories with her daughter, exploring new places through travel and trying new experiences that broaden her perspective. She values curiosity, embracing new opportunities, and making time for the moments that bring joy, balance, and inspiration to everyday life.
