All About Juber Jahedi

Professional Background
Mr Jahedi is now in the second year of teacher at Dove Green Private School. He graduated from the University of Cumbria with a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS and later completed the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML) in 2017, showcasing his commitment to leadership and ongoing professional growth.
Mr. Jahedi gained over a decade of valuable experience in both the UK and the UAE. He has held dual roles as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and as the Year 6 Leader whilst working in the UK. In these positions, he played a significant role in driving school-wide improvements, mentoring new staff, leading INSETs, analysing data to inform teaching strategies, and raising attainment – particularly for pupils working below expected levels.
My Teaching Philosophy
I strive to create a learning environment built on trust, where confidence and academic growth can flourish, and where pupils of all abilities have full access to the curriculum and are supported to make outstanding progress from their individual starting points. In my classroom, learning is seen as a shared journey that we take together, where every child is encouraged to succeed and reach their full potential.
What Children Can Expect in My Classroom
- Going above and beyond: I am committed to supporting every child’s wellbeing and progress. Pupils can always rely on me to go the extra mile to meet their individual needs and help them reach their full potential, both personally and academically.
- Independence and personalised learning: Through ongoing monitoring and assessment, pupils are provided with engaging and appropriately challenging work that is tailored to their individual learning goals, helping them to grow in confidence and independence.
- Cooperation and collaboration: Pupils are given regular opportunities to work together through shared and interactive learning experiences. This helps them develop teamwork skills while supporting each other’s learning and progress.
Outside the Classroom
Outside of school, Mr Jahedi enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in family activities. He is a member of the UAE Drivers Club and enjoys long drives for his wellbeing. He believes in lifelong learning and that true success comes from deep, meaningful learning.
