Marion Sinclair has over forty years experience in education as a teacher, principal, investor/owner, school founding partner, inspector, managerial development of school build, school operations and educational consultancy. As a principal she led her school to outstanding accreditation through KHDA/DSIB, British Schools Overseas and British Schools in the Middle East. She has supported other schools in Dubai in raising their academic profile through governor support and consultancy. Her passion is in building effective and empowered teams in the school community thus enhancing student learning through their school experiences; supporting teachers in their professional development and supporting new school governors. She is a lifelong learner and her goal is to enable others in the best opportunities for continuous growth and learning.
