All About Mrs. RAEESHA SALEEM
Miss Saleem have joined Dove Green Private School from August 2023.
Miss Saleem has been teaching in London, United Kingdom, for six years. Miss Saleem completed a Primary Teaching Degree at the Institute of Education, University College London, in 2017. In her teaching career so far, she has taught in KS2. She was a Modern Foreign Language Coordinator in her previous school, which involved policy making, training staff, and ensuring children were enthusiastic about their learning journeys. Miss Saleem has enjoyed researching and collaborating with different practices that involve a range of exciting ways to ensure children receive fun, engaging lessons. This has included: learning new languages by practising phonic sounds by using sign, song, movement, and spelling systems
When asked, what are you most looking forward to at Dove Green?
‘I am most looking forward to meeting the children and learning all about their curiosities and
adventures!’
Fun Fact: Miss Saleem has a gorgeous Bengal cat called Aara. Her name means ‘most adorn’ in
Arabic and ‘light bringer’ in Hindi.
