Mr. Dray graduated from Staffordshire university with a degree in Education and went on to enroll in his teacher training. Mr. Dray was placed at a Special Educational Needs school in Birmingham UK and specialized in teaching SEN students design and technology. After qualifying and working at a large special needs school for 10 years, Mr. Dray decided to move to the UAE. So far, Mr. Dray has spent nearly 6 years in the UAE working in various educational roles. Mr. Dray started working at Dove Green in September 2018 as the inclusion support teacher. Whilst working at Dove Green Private School Tim has studied and completed his master’s in special needs and additional Needs. If you were to walk into Mr. Dray’s classroom, you would see students learning through practical word differentiated to their needs.
When asked “what is the best thing about Dove Green,” Mr. Dray replied:
The community spirit and ‘feel’ of the school.
